Caitrian Story
CREATIVE MOVEMENT, BALLET & COMMUNITY CLASSES
Caitrian Story is a Seattle native who began dancing at the age of three. She trained at the School of Spectrum Dance Theater and participated in their Academy Program, where she studied under artists Eva Stone, Jaclyn Wheatly, Ramona Cachinero, Mary Sigward, and Donald Byrd. She has performed in Donald Byrd’s Iolanta, and Harlem Nutcracker, as well as created pieces for the school’s Choreography Showcase. During summers, Ms. Caitrain has attended the Byrd Workshop, taught Summer Dance Camp at Spectrum Dance Theater, and assisted teaching preballet. Ms. Caitrian attended Seattle Academy High School where she graduated with high honors, and is now at the University of Washington in the Honors program.
This is her first year teaching for Emerald Ballet Theatre. Welcome, Ms. Caitrian!
