RENT OUR STUDIOS
Emerald Ballet Theatre’s 6,200-square-foot facility includes three spacious studios with new premium marley, fresh paint, new carpeting, office, children’s play area in the lobby, two dressing rooms, ample parking, and easy freeway access from 520 and 405. Studios A, B and C are available for rent. Studio rentals range from $45-$55 per hour which includes use of the sound system, bathrooms, A/C and heat, and wifi accessibility. (If renting outside business hours, there is an additional charge for office staffing.) To request a one-time or ongoing rental, please fill out this form. STUDIO A
$55 per hour | Maximum persons: 25
Studio A is 24’ X 66’ with sprung flooring, new Harlequin marley, and a piano. It connects to the girls’ dressing room, the hallway/lobby, and Studio C, and has its own outdoor entrance.
STUDIO B
$50 per hour | Maximum persons: 20
Studio B is 30’7” X 33’8” with brand-new marley. It connects to Studio C and the hallway/lobby, and there is a carpeted area if you would like to set up additional seating.
STUDIO C
$55 per hour | Maximum persons: 25
Studio C is 23’8” x 35’7” with brand-new marley. It connects to Studio A, Studio B, and the boys’ dressing room.
